A Decade of Impact: The 10th Annual Houston Corporate 5K

One of Houston’s most anticipated traditions is returning to Memorial Park for its 10th running in the fall! The 10th Annual Chord Energy Houston Corporate 5K takes place October 20–22, 2026.

What began as a corporate wellness event has grown into something far greater: a citywide celebration of teamwork, health, and shared purpose. This year, more than 10,000 participants and 250+ companies are expected to run, walk, and connect – all while making a meaningful investment in Memorial Park.

Since 2017, this event has raised more than $600,000 in support of Memorial Park Conservancy, directly contributing to the care, preservation, and enhancement of Houston’s most treasured greenspace.

At its core, the Houston Corporate 5K is about people. It’s where coworkers become teammates, offices become communities, and a typical workday transforms into an unforgettable shared experience.

Participants complete a 5K around the Seymour Lieberman Trail, followed by an exciting outdoor happy hour on the lawn at Clay Family Eastern Glades, featuring refreshments, live entertainment and much more!

As we celebrate 10 years of impact, the momentum continues to build. With limited space remaining and enthusiasm growing across Houston’s business community, this year’s event promises to be the most exciting yet.
