General Guidelines
*Important Park Updates*
Please note that the only entrance by motorized vehicle into Picnic Loop is the original entryway located off Memorial Drive.
Park hours:
5 am – 11 pm, 365 days a year.
Picnic Loop hours:
8 am- 7 pm, 365 days a year.
Cullen Running Trails Center Hours:
Monday – Friday: 6 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Saturday: 6 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Sunday: 6 a.m. to 4 pm.
