October 21 marks International Observe the Moon night, an annual world- wide public engagement program that encourages observation, appreciation, and understanding of our Moon and its connection to NASA planetary science and exploration. This event is free and open to the public, volunteers from Houston Astronomical Society will be present to answer questions.
