Join Memorial Park Conservancy as we kick off the New Year by continuing our Memorial Park 101 hiking series. This event will be an hour-long guided hike through our natural surface trails in search of the Park’s many nocturnal animal friends. Hike leader, Kirsten Vernin, will lead participants on a search for great horned owls, coyotes, rabbits and maybe even a grey fox. Participants should expect to walk on potentially uneven surfaces. We advise that guests wear waterproof footwear/rubber boots and bring a small flashlight or headlamp. All are welcome!
