Memorial Park Conservancy presents Halloween Movies in the Park! Join us for a socially distanced evening in Picnic Loop with a spooky movie in the spirit of Halloween! Night one will be a showing of The Rocky Horror Picture Show and night two will be one for the family with a showing of Casper.

In accordance with the City of Houston’s plan to gradually and safely reopen the city, MPC will implement safety guidelines and expectations for all patrons and staff participating in Movies in the Parks screenings. We are excited to bring programming back to our park and appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we work to keep you and Park patrons safe and healthy.

EVENT DATES & SHOWINGS:

• Adult Night – Wednesday, October 28th 2020 – THE ROCKY HORROR PICTURE SHOW (Rated R)
• Kids’ Night – Thursday, October 29th 2020 – CASPER (Rated PG)

EVENT TIMING:

• 6:00 – 6:45 p.m. – Gates open – (Recommended time for ticket holders to arrive )
• 6:00 p.m. – Food truck by: Fork & Truck
• 7:00 p.m. – Screening Begins
• 8:30 p.m. – Screening Concludes

Advance reservations required. Space is limited, so purchase your tickets soon! NO tickets will be sold at the gate. Masks are required to be worn unless seated in designated space. Conservancy staff will be onsite to check in guests and distribute picnic blankets to those who purchased them.

As a reminder, the Texas DSHS recommends practicing social distancing to avoid catching or spreading COVID-19, and the CDC recommends using face coverings in public to help slow the spread of the virus.
