In first year of executing the Ten-Year Plan, the project partners have:

• Completed and opened the first phase of the Eastern Glades project
• Initiated construction of the second phase of Eastern Glades
• Advanced ecological restoration work in Eastern Glades
• Advanced Central Connector, Sports Complex, and wayfinding design
• Ramped the BioCycle Program and begun enriching soils in project areas
• Ramped Native Grow-Out Program and initiated plantings in project areas
