The Hess Houston Corporate 5K, known as Houston’s ‘Largest Office Party,’ is entering its 7th year this October. This lively after-work event takes place in Memorial Park’s Eastern Glades area and serves as a platform for promoting corporate wellness and fostering employee team building in Houston. It holds a prominent position among the largest corporate runs nationwide. With 200 participating Houston companies and close to 7000 enthusiastic participants, the event continues to expand.
A portion of the registration fees and sponsorship proceeds from the event directly contribute to the Memorial Park Conservancy and its day to day operations. Since its establishment in 2017, the Hess Houston Corporate Run/Walk has successfully raised $300,000 for the conservancy. In 2022 alone, $85,000 was donated as a result of the event.
