Biography

Beth joined Memorial Park Conservancy providing Human Resources consulting services in 2017. Beth holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from Niagara University with concentrations in human resource management and marketing. She has over twenty years of human resource generalist experience, but her passion is in employee engagement. Prior to joining MPC, Beth held HR leadership roles in privately held companies including her family’s start up, ITR Technologies, which was acquired in 2012. During her time with MPC, Beth has guided the organization through substantial growth – more than doubling in size, from 22 to 53 employees (and growing). Beth is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management and HR Houston, and holds a certification in Professional Human Resource Management from HRCI. When she’s not working, Beth loves spending time with her family and her very active trio of boys.
